David retired from the RAAF in 2003, however he was reappointed back into the PAF wef 01 December, 2007.  Dave initially worked at Glenbrook until posted to 38 Squadron, Townsville, in 2008.  He then did a tour at AIS-AF, Victoria Barracks Melbourne, and following this, worked for a company in Brisbane the Chief Designer producing instrument flight procedures.

Two/three weeks in Brisbane each month, the rest at home. ”Too busy for an old bloke like me”, Dave says!  David is now retired.
