Other: After Steve left the RAAF, he worked with 22 Squadron as flight engineer on 707’s.  He commenced with JAL in March 1996 where we operated as a flight enginner on the Boeing 747.  Steve retired from there in June 2006.  From JAL, Steve joined Air Target Services which operated the Learjet.  He is presently a UAV remote pilot for a company flying it's company-built Phoenix UAV for Army, Navy and Air Force to shoot down.  So in a sense, Steve is still flying!
