Kenneth Francis TANSWELL 'Inkwell', A222379, Crewman ....

In December, 2024, Ken′s family were presented with the Chief of Air Force Commendation awarded posthumously to LAC Kenneth Tanswell for his participation in the rescue of survivors of crashed RAAF Caribou A4-233 in Papua New Guinea on 28 August, 1972.

LAC Tanswell′s next-of-kin were presented with his commendation by AIRCDRE Louise DesJardins at RAAF Williamtown.
