Robert James 'Jim' Brinin joined the Royal Australian Air Force on 24 June 1968 from Caboolture, Q, and trained as a telecommunications operator at the RAAF School of Radio, Laverton, Victoria.   During his 22 years of service to the Royal Australian Air Force, Jim served at various bases around Australia including 28 months in Butterworth, Malaysia.   Jim was discharged at RAAF Amberley, Queensland, on 09 July, 1990, with the rank of Flight Sergeant.   Upon leaving the RAAF, Jim returned to Caboolture with his young family, then relocated to Bribie Island.   Click on Jim's Service Statement below for an outline of his career.   Thank you for your service to your country, Jim.   RIP.
