Meet 'n Greet, Friday 25 October at 1600 hrs:

Entrée

  • Seared sea scollops (two), spiced pumpkin puree, buttered peas, crumbed prosciutto.
  • Pork belly bites, bean sprouts, nam jim, watermelon, balsamic glaze.
  • Pulled pork croquettes served with aioli and wild rocket.

Main Course

  • Twice-cooked chicken breast served with mashed potato, brovvolini, blistered cherry tomatoes and creamy mustard sauce.
