Platters:

  • Aussie Platter (party pies and pork and fennel sausage rolls).
  • Glazed Pork Belly Bao - sriracha aioli, pickled Asian vegetables, crushed peanuts.
  • Salt and Chilli Calamari (gluten-free).
  • Vegan platter.

Drinks:

  • Drinks are available from the bar at bar prices.

Saturday 07 September at 1800 hrs:

Dinner:

Alternate drop.

Entrée

  • Coconut Poached Prawns with betel leaves, spiced mango, chilli and coriander salsa (gluten-free/dairy-free).
  • Semi-Dried Tomato Mozzarella Arancini with basil aioli and micro herb salad (vegan).

Main Course

  • Lamb Rump with chorizo and lentils, roasted red capsicum puree, blistered cherry tomatoes and rosemary oil (gluten-free).
  • Salmon with crushed potatoes, black olives, capers and herbs, cavolo nero and sauce vierge (gluten-free/dairy-free).

Dessert

  • Baked Cheesecake with passionfruit and mint and mango sorbet.
  • Black Forest Brownie with kirsch cherries, vanilla cream, black cherry coulis, and chocolate popping candy (gluten-free).

Beverages

  • Freshly brewed coffee and selection of tea - served from self-serve stations.
