Airman Aircrew Reunion, 2026 ....


General Information ....

Attendance at the 2026 Airman Aircrew Association Reunion is open to all serving and former aircrew, ground personnel, and other eligible participants.

Guest Speaker.  We are very pleased and honoured to welcome AIRCDRE Jack Fanderlinden AM, CSC, AFC (Ret’d) as our Guest Speaker.  Jack has accumulated more than 8,500 flying hours and has captained a wide range of aircraft, including rotary‑wing, single‑engine jet, and multi‑engine types.

The reunion comprises three main events:

  • 1600, Friday 23rd October.  Wreath-Laying Ceremony.  C.ex Cenotaph.  Dress: Neat casual.  Medals optional.
  • 1630, Friday 23rd October.  'Meet 'n Greet'.  Informal  Dress: Neat casual.  Bar available for purchase of drinks 1630-2000.  Finger food Platters served between 1800-1845.
  • 1730, Saturday 24th October.  Reunion Dinner.  Semi-formal.  Dress: Neat casual.  Medals optional.

Costings Per Person:

  • Administration, $40.00.  This fee is mandatory and covers the cost of administration, hire and use of facilities and memorabilia.  It is non-refundable.
  • 'Meet 'n Greet', $40.00.  Includes finger food and two ticketed welcome drinks.  Additional drinks may be purchased from the bar at bar prices.
  • Dinner, $80.00.  An alternate drop of main course and dessert will be served, followed by tea and coffee.  A limited selection of complimentary drinks will be provided on each table, with additional beverages available for purchase at bar prices.  The menu will be released in due course.  The evening will also feature entertainment and a guest speaker.
  • Seating:  Circular tables seating eight guests each.  With the exception of the top table, no formal seating plan will be in place.

The C.ex Coffs Club is set in beautiful surroundings and is close to popular beaches and major tourist attractions.  Visitors will find no shortage of things to do or places to explore.
