Meet 'n Greet ('Blue Room'), Friday 23 October:

  • 1630 - Arrive.
  • 1730 - Food service commences.
  • A combination of platters containing Chicken Satay Skewers, Tempura Prawns, Lamb Skewers, Party Pies, Mini Sausage Rolls and Vegetable Spring Rolls.

Dinner Menu ....

Dinner ('Blue Room'), Saturday 24 October.  A bottle of white and red wine per table.

  • 1730 - Arrive.
  • 1815 - Serving of entrées followed by dinner.

Alternate drop.

Entrée

  • Chicken Satay Skewers with Peanut Sauce.
  • Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce.

Main Course

  • Lamb Shank with Rosemary and Red Wine with Truffle−Scented Mash and Steamed Greens.
  • Chicken Breast Mini Roast filled with Honey and Macadamia Nuts, Truffle−Scented Mash and Seasoned Greens.

Dessert

  • Pavlova served with Fresh Whipped Cream and Seasoned Fruit.
